Today choice is a classic Sichuan dish, Chicken & Napa Cabbage with Spicy Chili Sauce ($12.95). It's marked as two peppers on the menu and it was SPICY! The white stuff on top? Minced garlic. Hidden underneath that mound of tender chicken was the cabbage with some celery and leeks thrown in. It was fairly quiet today, but they had a couple of big parties showing up.
