They are located in Nagog Park in Acton and they are a big place with a function room to the left and then going all the way down to the corner.
The inside was bright with good furniture and nice booths to my right. The bins under the TV was for used plates and they were disposed of in there with quite a bit of noise, that startled me every time. Unfortunately, the staff was lined up aginst the back wall staring at the diners.
When I saw that they had papads on the buffet I got all excited but unfortunately, they turned out to be a bit soggy. The Onion Pakora, on the other hand, was an absolute delight. Light and crispy and a long way from the normal soggy mess that you so often encounter.
There was plain Dosa available but it had no filling at all but was crisp and very tasty. Both Garlic Naan and Plain were present on the buffet.
The Dal Tadka was very tasty and properly seasoned. The chickpeas looked innocent enough but were seriously well seasoned and packed a bit of heat as well, much to my surprise. Both of these ended up on my plate again on a return visit.
Potatoes and beans looked a bit boring but turned out to be very tasty with perfectly cooked potatoes. How do they do that? The Tandoori chicken was freshly cooked and moist and tasty.
The Chili Chicken was on the drier side but was seriously spicy. This was not a bad deal for $11.95 since the food was well cooked and seasoned. I did skip about half of the offerings on the buffet. Service was good and water was promptly refilled.
There was an Indian Market next door and I had to check it out. This was the biggest Indian Market I have ever seen! Look at the length of that aisle and there was about 5 of them plus frozen items and fresh vegetables.
