They have added some outdoor seating over the summer. On street parking and they have the use of half the spots in the lot at the end of the street. The usable spots are the ones facing Centre Street.
The inside is modern and sleek with plenty of light from the big windows.
The chips were again a bit stale, but the salsas are very good, with the tomatillo one being a bit tart.
This time I went with the Short Rib tacos (12). "Braised short rib, truffle aioli, avocado, jalapeno, corn tortilla". The rice was light and fluffy, and the refried beans were excellent, way better than the beans I got the last time. The beans had a hint of smoke, and the chef confirmed that he used chipotle in the beans. They also had a bit of texture. The pico de gallo was very nice with some crunchy cabbage included. The corn tortilla is made in-house and it was very light.
I had to open one taco up to show the very generous amount of short ribs. The beef was super tender and very tasty, If there was any truffle in the aioli, it eluded me. This was another very tasty meal here. They have half priced tacos on Taco Tuesdays, but only after 4 PM.
