Pita Thyme North Andover

Pita Thyme in North Andover recently took over the space that Howling Wolf Express occupied. I have heard so many good things about them that I was really looking forward to finally do takeout from them.

They are located at the intersection of Rte 125 and 114, and it took just about 20 minutes to get there.

The interior looks pretty much the same. Takeout only. Their website is very easy to use. I ordered at 11:15 for pickup at 11:45 and got notified at 11:31 that my order was ready. Not happy that the food sat in the bag for 15 minutes before I arrived. Next time I'll adjust my ordering time accordingly.

From the plates section, I picked the KEFTA KEBAB PLATE ($11.99). "Charbroiled ground lamb & beef with parsley, onion and spices served with 3 sides". Spicy potatoes of course, since I really like potatoes. Hummus and Baba Ghanouj was the other two sides. Tahini and garlic aioli on top. White pita. The kefta was excellent, moist and well seasoned. The unsalted spicy potatoes were also really good, fluffy, and just a little spicy. The hummus was tasty and really smooth. The Baba Ghanouj was also really tasty. You get a half fresh pita. I must admit that I was really happy with my takeout, and I'll be back for sure.
