Three Country Bistro Woburn

I tried Three Country Bistro shortly after they opened and wasn't to impressed. On a recommendation from the Chow board I tried it again. Somebody had recommended the Country Pad Thai as being very good but it wasn't but I suspect that they meant to recommend the Crispy Pad Thai.

This was just a normal Pad Thai made spicy. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, both of them, but the chicken was bone dry. Otherwise, the Pad Thai was OK.
