How can you resist a place with a name like Taco Loco that's located in Somerville? I thought that I remember them from another location, but I might be wrong.
Metered street parking is available, but finding a spot might be tricky.
This is the Pollo Rostizado ($9.90). A chicken breast on the bone with the wing still attached was nice and moist but unfortunately, it was a breast and hence, seriously boring, but the marinade on the skin was delicious. Both the beans and the rice was ok and the salad was fresh.
It's a small place and they were busy when I got there early for lunch today but got seriously busy after noon with a line out the door. It looked like you could do some kind of a la carte ordering, but I have no clue as to how that worked. Lot's of prepared food in the case up front. They have seating both up here and downstairs.
