We had almost whiteout conditions here a couple of hours ago and now we are back to sunny and a blue sky.
Today's lunch was the Jumbo Shrimp with Sichuan Chili Sauce ($15.95) and a White Rice ($.99). I'm happy that the white rice is still so reasonable priced. I have never had this before, so I was thrilled to see the asparagus and less happy to see the canned baby corn. The shrimp was really jumbo and the dish was seriously spicy despite only have one pepper on the menu. This was delicious and a really pleasant lunch and a nice drive in the sun.
