Little Big Diner Newton

Little Big Diner in Newton was opened earlier this year by Dave Punch, who also owns the nearby restaurant Sycamore.

It's located in Newton Center so parking can be tricky. You can see the nice window seats here.

It's a small place and extremely busy, especially at lunchtime.

I went with the SHIO CHICKEN RAMEN (15). "Grilled thigh, ajitama egg, shaved cabbage, funny daikon, schmaltz." The ramen was excellent with a really tasty and rich broth. The chicken was grilled perfectly and tender and juicy. The rest of the accouterment was also very good and interesting. The egg even had seasoning on it.

I got a seat at the window counter and had a nice view of the commons and all the beautiful people walking by.
