Olympia Grille Woburn

Olympia Grille in Woburn was formerly known as Olympia Roast Beef, but when the ownership changed last year, it was renamed Olympia Grille.

They are located on, surprise!, Olympia Ave and have plenty of off-street parking.

The inside was very pleasant, brightly lit with spacious seating.

Super Hot Roast Beef (6.95) Three-way (+.75). "Our famous hot roast beef served straight out of the oven". It did actually come straight out of the oven. I ordered it with horseradish and forgot to add the word sauce, so I got it with plain horseradish. Two big slices of cheese (unmelted), plenty of rare beef and a nice and tangy BBQ sauce. I could have done with more sauce. The roll was toasted and buttered and fresh. I must say that the horseradish added a real kick, maybe I should continue to order it this way. This was a very pleasant rendition of this New England Classic.

I have also heard good things about their gyro, and they actually have a rotisserie where the marinated pork is cooked. The service was very pleasant.
