Sichuan Gourmet in Burlington got a nice write-up in the Boston Globe week before last and again on a Sunday lunch, there was a waiting line at 1:00 PM.
I decided to go with an old favorite that I had never tried here. On the menu, it's called Dried Chicken With Chili ($13.50). It's also known as Dry Fried Chicken and a number of variants thereof. It was an excellent version with crisp and tender dark meat chicken. The charred green peppers were a nice addition, never seen that before but it added a nice extra complexion. Did I mention that they got really busy?
