Boston Market Chelmsford

I wanted a roasted chicken meal, so I headed up to Boston Market in Chelmsford. This is another chain that seems to be rapidly shrinking in NE.

They are close to Rte 3 and have plenty of parking.

The inside is nice and bright with plenty of seating.

All the sides are out but beware, some are premium, and you'll pay extra. I do wish that the sides were labeled.

Three Piece Dark ($7.95) with Mac & Cheese and Rotisserie Potatoes. The Rotisserie Potatoes was just roasted potatoes that completely lacked seasoning. The Mac & Cheese uses Fusilli pasta and that gives a lot of surface area that the sauce can cling on to. However, the pasta was overcooked, but the sauce was very tasty. The chicken itself has a nice crisp skin and was tasty and moist. This would have been a really pleasant lunch if only the potatoes had been seasoned.
