Khao Hom Billerica

I figured I had time before the snow starts, so I headed out to the delightful Khao Hom in Billerica again. I can get here using only the backroads, and they are really twisty.

This is one of my favorite lunch dishes, Gapao with pork ($7.95). It has many different names, but are basically a stir fry with green and red bell peppers, onions and basil. I asked for it Thai Spicy and finally got it. The fresh red peppers are the Thai Bird's Eye chilies and they are hot. Despite being hot, the seasoning on the dish was again spot on.
