The waitress asked what I was in a mood for and when I said noodles, she recommended the spicy Sichuan Style Beef Tendon Noodle ($8.50). I'm not sure if I would have ordered this since I read it as being just beef tendon but went with it anyway and it turned out to be beef with gelatinous parts attached, and this was delicious with very tender and flavorful beef. The broth itself was a bit weak, and the noodles were soft and overcooked, but the beef was the hero, and I really liked this dish.
