It's Sunday, so it's Sichuan Gourmet in Billerica for lunch again. Kind of quiet today, no line waiting for tables when I left.
I picked Old Sichuan Chicken ($12.95) from the regular menu today. Dark meat chicken pieces coated in a light batter and dusted with salt and pepper and spices, served with some cabbage and black vinegar and seriously deep fried. The chicken was crunchy and very tasty with some pieces being on the drier side, but it didn't live up to the two pepper marking on the menu. I got a big serving of the pickled veggies and that made me happy, they are delicious.
