They are slightly off the beaten part but very close to Ferry Street.
This is how they explain their name, I really don't get it. They must be doing something right, all the other customers looked to be Japanese.
A big square room with a nice bar and good furniture and a nice vibe inside.
They have a smallish lunch menu and I started with the Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken with Salt and Pepper ($4.50). This was a good sized portion of nice and crispy chicken with fried basil leaves. Unfortunately, it was all white meat so not only was it a bit boring, but some of the pieces was also dry. I expected the metal looking chopsticks to be heavy but they were really light.
The Fried Pork Belly ($6.75) was much better. Nice and tender and crisp belly with a really tasty dipping sauce.
The obligatory lucky cat (Maneki-Neko) sat in its little alcove waving to the customers.
I thought that the tables were really cool. I had a look at their dinner menu and there were a lot of interesting dishes available.
