There are still a few free parking spots around, so you don't have to use Medford's infernal parking meters.
Big bar in the entrance. This is a very elegant looking restaurant.
I got bread that was cold and very dense. The table was never cleared. Nice napkins and silverware.
From the dinner menu, I picked the PAPPARDELLE ALLA BOLOGNESE ($19.50). "Classic Bolognese sauce". The pasta is made in house and was nicely cooked but unsalted. The sauce was very good and thick enough to stick to the pasta. It was a very pleasant dish, but it needed salt and pepper.
The dining room in the back is also very pleasant.
$20 for pasta with meat sauce? Hmmm...
ReplyDeleteI did have a gonift for $15. If anybody would like to get in on the nift thing, send me an email before the end of April.
