Punjab Arlington

Back again? Yes, this is such a nice place that I keep on going back and basically eating the same three dishes over and over again.



If you take a table in the back you can watch the chef performing his magic in the Tandoori oven where not only the Tandoori chicken are cooked but also the bread.



Chicken Vindaloo, medium spicy is a tangy dish with a little bit of heat. Add some Onion Chutney and it's perfect.


Not sure if the restaurant is named after the state of Punjab or the Punjab region that starts in Pakistan and includes most of the Northwest area of India.
