Blue Ribbon BBQ Arlington

Again Blue Ribbon BBQ in Arlington messed up my lunch plans by having the Pork Belly Sliders on the specials menu.

Three Pork belly Sliders with Cherry Tomato relish ($9.95) and two sides was delicious, but they again get C- for the execution. Just heaping food on three buns makes for an easy serve but makes it really hard to eat. The pork belly was cooked really well and was very tender and tasty.
