Capital Grille Burlington

The other restaurant that got a second visit during the Boston Dine Out week was Capital Grille in Burlington. They were absolutely filled to capacity today.

What's more steakhouse than a Wedge with Bleu Cheese and Apple Wood Smoked Bacon? Very mild dressing and of course bacon makes everything better.

Dry Aged Sirloin with Roasted Pepper, Fresh Mozzarella and Arugula Salad. This was again a perfectly cooked steak. It was actually cooked a bit better, less gray around the outside, but it still had a nice char.

To finish the meal off, a Classic Crème Brûlée. topped with an enormous strawberry.
