The name of Noodles & Company in Burlington would make soo much more sense if they took out the & sign.
They are in a fairly quiet corner of the shopping complex. It can be a bit tricky if you want to hit the turnpike going north afterwards. Hint, use the Best Buy entrance.
They are a fair distance from the turnpike, so traffic noise isn't really an issue if you want to sit outside. The drawback is that if it's a little bit windy, like today, your food cools down quickly.
This was new to me, so I had to try the KOREAN BBQ MEATBALLS WITH GOCHUJANG SAUCE ($2.99 for 5). "Flavorful meatballs tossed with a sweet and spicy Korean-style Gochujang barbeque sauce." These were delicious, very light and tasty with just a little bit of heat. This and the small buttered noodles would make for a fine lunch.
SPICY KOREAN BEEF NOODLES ($8.69). "Ramen noodles tossed with a sweet and spicy Korean-style Gochujang sauce, naturally raised steak, napa and red cabbage, Asian sprouts, spinach, topped with cucumber, green onions and cilantro." Didn't see any cucumbers but otherwise, this was a very tasty dish and the beef wasn't too chewy. Best of all, it was free, you just had to sign up for the promotion and I managed to snag a slot.
This is NOT a sponsored post and I paid for the meatballs.
