Gene's Chinese Flatbread Cafe Chelmsford

Drove up to Gene's Chinese Flatbread Cafe in Chelmsford because there was a rumor of a new dish on the menu. It was true, he now has a #9 item available.

For $9, including tax, you get Gene's hand pulled noodles with a good amount of thinly sliced cumin lamb, topped with cilantro, bean sprouts, and sliced raw onions. There is also some green bell peppers hiding in there. At the bottom, there is a garlic, chile mixture.

After finally making a dent in the dish, there is a lot of food, you can see the tasty chili oil mixture on the bottom. This is basically his hand pulled noodles with cumin lamb added and the spoonful of raw garlic removed. He's also planning to open a restaurant in Downtown Crossing in Boston, but that's really as far away as Chelmsford for me and you would have to pay for parking in Boston.
