Szechuan's Dumpling Arlington

I went to Szechuan's Dumpling in Arlington to try the Sauteed Chicken with Chilli for lunch but much to my surprise it wasn't on the menu anymore.

Soup today was their version of egg drop. It's better than the pork bone soup but not by much.

Diced Chicken with Red Pepper is what the menu said and I was hoping for something delicious but what I got was a generic Chicken/Peppers/Celery and Carrot stir fry. It had some heat but wasn't in any way memorable.
