Blue Ribbon BBQ Arlington

I had something else planned but when I saw on Facebook that Blue Ribbon BBQ in Arlington had Pork Belly Sliders on today's specials menu my plans quickly changed.

Pork Belly Sliders ($8.49). Three sliders with two sides come with grape tomato relish, mayo and shredded lettuce. My sides was the standard mashed potatoes and baked bean. Both are delicious even if the mash has potato skins left in it.
