Cilantro Woburn

Not as cold as yesterday but still some Pho would be nice for lunch, and I headed over to Cilantro Thai & Vietnamese in Woburn to try their Pho again.

Pho Dac Biet. Beef noodle soup combined with sliced rare eye round, brisket, beef flank, tendon and tripe. The default size is large ($7.75). The broth was richer today and really good and fragrant with star anise among other things. Noodles were cooked nicely, and you get a ton of tender meat, the tripe was a bit sparse but what I got was nice and crunchy. I like that they give you the good chopsticks. This is such a nice place with really outstanding friendly service.
