The Capital Grille Burlington

I had a hankering for Lobster today, so I went to The Capital Grille in Burlington for lunch. Their Plates ($18) deal is actually pretty good. You have a choice of an app and a main with about three choices of each.

I started with a cup of milk, well really an NE Clam Chowder that was heavy on the potatoes and light on clams, but the clams were very tender.

The Lobster Roll with truffle fries. A generous amount of lobster with a few speckles of celery throw in. The roll is all lobster over a few leaves of salad, and the fries are cooked perfectly. A really delicious lunch with, of course, impeccable service from the bartender. I'm not really a fan of the place, but eating at the bar is always pleasant, and this is a decent deal.
