Sichuan Gourmet Billerica

I have worked my way through most of the menu now at Sichuan Gourmet in Billerica and they have some really outstanding dishes.

I found that most dishes are replicated under the different protein sections. This is the Chicken & Napa Cabbage with Spicy Chili Sauce Except with Pork ($12.50). The white heap on top? Raw minced garlic. The brown mound next to it? Ground Chilies and after you mix everything together it's HOT but oh, soo good. The pickled veggies don't last long at my table.
