Besito Burlington

Not too many places are open on Labor Day but luckily Besito in Burlington was serving lunch today and I got a pretty decent parking space at the mall.



I tried the Quesadilla Carne Asada ($11.95). Grilled marinated skirt steak, queso Chihuahua, espinaca, salsa verde cruda, pico de gallo, crema. The top was nice and crispy, but the bottom was really soggy, not sure how they managed to do that. The quesadilla itself was fine and the salsa verde was really tasty. The rice had toasted pumpkin seeds again, this seems to be an on-off feature. They must be making a fortune on their "made fresh at the table" guacamole.
