Back to Fishbones in Chelmsford for some more delicious lunch fare. I'm back at the kitchen counter, probably the best seat in the house.
Today's lunch special was SHRIMP PO’ BOY ($12.99). Deep fried shrimp on a brioche roll, with a sriracha aioli, lettuce, french fries and cole slaw. A big heap of perfectly fried shrimp and delicious coated fries. I also got the biggest pickle I have ever seen. I missed out on the aioli since it was only in the bottom off the roll and I passed on the roll, the shrimp and the fries was enough for me. Not sure if this qualifies as a Po' Boy since there was no French bread present.
