Sichuan Gourmet Framingham

What better way to start a Sunday than watching a quarterfinal match from the UK Snooker Championship and then cruising down to Sichuan Gourmet in Framingham with Sunday Morning Blues (100.7) cranked up on the stereo? Today was an absolutely gorgeous day with bright sunshine.



From the Specials menu, I picked the Smoked Bacon with Hot Green Pepper ($13.95). The bacon was tender with just a light smokiness to it and but unfortunately, the hot green peppers was quite mild. Despite that, it was a very enjoyable dish in this delightful restaurant. One of the few Chinese restaurants where the staff actually comes around and inquires the guests about the food. They also have "Sauteed Duck Tongue w. Dry Chili" on the specials menu but I'm not sure that I'm brave enough to order it.
