They are located in the same plaza as Golden Ginger except with much better visibility. You can see Sonic across the street and they didn't do much business at lunch either.
As Chili's goes, this is a fairly small location. The bar looked nice and bright.
There is a similar dining area on the other side of the room. They did get some more customers later but it was very quiet in here.
I went for the Southwest Pairings, Chose Two ($8). To the left is one Beef Taco and to the right is a Chicken Tostada. Both were OK but the rice was undercooked but at least it was warm. The chicken was tender and the beans were actually pretty tasty.
They have some new flavors of chicken wings and I was excited to try the Creamy Jalapeno bone in wings. They were marked as HOT on the menu (Buffalo wings was just marked as spicy). Of course, they were not that hot, just a tingle in the back of your throat but the were cooked well and wasn't dried out and the outside was nice and crisp. And they were free!
