Sichuan Gourmet Billerica

I'm working my way through the seafood section of the menu at Sichuan Gourmet in Billerica.

Beautiful Sunday but only in the low 40's so a heatwave it ain't.

Today choice for lunch was the Jumbo Shrimp with Garlic, Salt & Pepper ($15.95). There was no garlic, but there were slices of ginger and that's always a surprise when you bite into one of those. There were onions and mildly hot green peppers as well as a few red ones. The shrimp was cooked well and was seasoned really nice. Not sure why it's served on top of aluminum foil? Anyone? Maybe to retain the heat better?
