It's Sunday, so it's time for Sichuan Gourmet in Burlington again. Close by, easy parking and excellent food and service.
The Steamed Bacon with Fresh Garlic Sauce (8.50) is a favorite of mine. Look how nice it was presented! This is how it looked in Billerica. It's served warm and yes, there a big heap of garlic on top that you mix in with the chili oil.
I decided to try something new today and the Pork Meatball with Sticky Rice (12.95) sounded interesting. It turned out to a very tender meatball filled with not only the sticky rice but also some mushrooms and it was accompanied by a thick sauce. A very pleasant and tasty dish but I must admit that I spooned some of the garlic/chili sauce on top and that didn't hurt.
