Buk Kyung Somerville

Buk Kyung Korean Restaurant in Somerville is another restaurant located in Union Square.

They have off street parking in the lot just after the restaurant otherwise, there is metered street parking.

The inside was clean, and my table next to the windows was nice and bright. It didn't get much busier than this. One more customer wandered in after me.

I did get some banchan, nothing really memorable but the kimchi was good.

From the lunch menu, I picked Kimchi Chigae (9.99). "Kimchi, Pork, Rice cakes, and sliced tofu in a rice, spicy kimchi soup". The soup was HOT, you can see that it's still bubbling away. It was also respectable spicy and really tasty. Put some rice on the spoon and dip in, then eat very carefully. A very tasty lunch.
