Sichuan Gourmet Burlington

This is a new dish on the specials menu at Sichuan Gourmet in Burlington, and it's a proper Mala dish with both chiles (hot) and Sichuan peppercorns (numbing). Now Sichuan peppercorns have nothing to do with peppercorns but are from the citrus family.



The specials menu said Spicy Pork Meat Bone ($16.50) and that exactly what I got. This was a pain in the neck to eat (pun intended), but the meat was absolutely delicious. Plastic gloves were included. Not too busy at lunch today. Maybe the Pats are to blame?
