Started with the Korean Pork Potstickers with slaw and cilantro vinaigrette and it was excellent with crispy porky dumplings and a tangy slaw.
Fried Chicken Sandwich with green curry aioli and pickled vegetables was also delicious with perfectly fried chicken thighs. The chips were Taro chips and really nice.
The open air kitchen is always interesting to watch and the lack of chaos is impressive.
