Pork and Pickled Vegetables Noodle Soup ($8.95). There was a lot of good stuff included with the pork and I like the thicker noodle but unfortunately, the whole thing was very bland, could have done with a handful of seasoning. A good amount of pork and there was some shitake mushrooms included as well. I'm currently reading Nicole Mones "The Last Chinese Chef" so there might be a lot of Chinese food eaten this week.
