Mr. Chan's Burlington

I wanted something quick, so I went to Mr. Chans in Burlington so that I could return and watch the Masters Snooker tournament. Top 16 in the world is battling it out and the first day saw a 147, only the third in its 40 years history.

Cross cut Veal Ribs Rice Platter ($8.95) comes with onions and green beans. It's a pain to eat, can't really figure out how to handle the ribs, so I just pick them up with my fingers and go for it. The beans were slightly too soft but overall I liked this dish.
