Dumpling Daughter Weston

I saw something that looked interesting on the specials menu from Dumpling Daughter in Weston and decided to check it out for lunch today.

The dish was Clear Green Bean Potato Wide Noodles ($9). SPICY Ma La Sichuan Peppercorn sauce. Nadia was working the register and warned me that it was very spicy. It was spicy but not overly so and the noodles were tasty, paper thin and cooked really well. I must admit that for $9 this was a bit pricey especially since there was no protein involved and it was also a small serving but it was pretty delicious.
