Sono Arlington

Perusing the menu at Sono Asian Cuisine in Arlington I saw something that looked interesting, so I headed out there for lunch today.

No, it wasn't the Fried Calamari ($6.25) appetizer. The breading was good, but the calamari could have been more tender.

This is the Kimchi Udon with Shrimp ($11.95). Sauteed udon noodle with shrimp and vegetable in spicy kimchi sauce. The waitress warned me that it would be spicy, but it wasn't really, just mildly spicy, but it was a really tasty dish with some nicely cooked jumbo shrimp. It was also a substantial meal. Not much of a lunch crowd today.
