Masa Woburn

I wouldn't have been back to Masa in Woburn after my last visit but I have a gift card that I need to use up before they shutter their doors after Mothers day, May 8th. This was not unexpected.

Burger ($13) ordered medium rare with a fried egg over easy. The burger was, of course, overcooked and even the part that was somewhat pink was still dry but it had a nice char on the outside. The egg was fried hard, the point of having an egg on a burger is that the yolk should be runny and mix with the meat. The fries were good, as usual. I hope something better will open here after they are gone.
