Sichuan Gourmet Burlington

I didn't think Sichuan Gourmet in Burlington would be busy on this 4th of July weekend but they were packed at lunch time today. I and a couple at the next table were the only Caucasians in there.

One of my favorite dishes here, Pork & Napa Cabbage with Spicy Chili Sauce ($12.50). I should have gone with the chicken version, the pork was overly tenderized and almost mushy. Apart from that, it was a cracker of a dish and they don't hold back the spiciness either. The complimentary pickled veggies are always a delight.

The dish is topped with raw garlic and chili flakes that you mix with the sauce. HOT HOT but in the right way.
