The Spot Georgetown

This month The Serenitee Group loaded my Rewards card with a free sandwich from The Spot in Georgetown. I have never been to Georgetown, so this was a good excuse for a visit.

They are located on the quaint Main Street with plenty of free on-street parking.

Big bar with plenty of seating. I managed to get a high top next to the window, so I was happy. The inside was bright and impeccable clean.

There is a pleasant dining area next to the bar.

For my sandwich, I picked the Fish Tacos (16). "Cajun spiced haddock, roasted corn salsa, corn tortillas, lime seasoned lettuce & spicy aioli". The fish was tasty and still flaky with a nice seasoning, and the salsa was excellent with a hint of heat from diced jalapenos. The hand cut fries was a delight to eat. I was really satisfied with my lunch here.

I guess that this should have been expected with a name like this, but I still thought it was neat. The service was very pleasant.

It's early March, and we could have three feet of snow and be in the middle of a blizzard, so how good is this?
