Sichuan Gourmet Burlington

I went back to Sichuan Gourmet in Burlington that is one of my standby's. It was kind of slow today, they didn't start the waitlist until 12:30.

I was a bit surprised the first time I ordered this dish and got a noodle soup! When I had the Zha Jiang Noodle w. Pork & Spicy Sauce ($9.50) in their Billerica location, I got Bok Choi, but here it was served with spinach. It was also way less spicy. The noodles were cooked perfectly, but the broth was very bland. The pork had a hint of spice and was tasty.
