Szechuan's Dumpling Arlington

On a hot and muggy but I'm heading out to Szechuan's Dumpling in Arlington for some porky goodness.



The pork bone soup today had seaweed? added. Didn't improve it.



Twice Cooked Pork was as usual delicious with really tender pork belly and crunchy cabbage, green peppers and fermented black beans. Add some chili oil and it's perfect. The couple at the next table had the same dish and my other favorite, Braised Pork Chop With Spinach.
