Sichuan Gourmet Framingham

What better way to end a glorious Sunday morning than taking the backroads to Sichuan Gourmet in Framingham with Sunday Morning Blues cranked up on the stereo?

I haven't seen the Chengdu Sweet & Spicy Noodles ($5.75) on the menu before but I might just have missed them. Doesn't look very exciting but the big and chewy, warm noodles were excellent especially after being coated with the spicy chili oil that's hiding underneath.

More from the Specials menu, here is the Pork Chops with Sichuan Pepper Spiced Salt ($14.95). Super tender pork without being mushy and the chops was nice and crispy with a light coating of the salt and pepper. I think this is another keeper but so is most of the dishes here.
